The Genesys Membrane Autopsy Laboratory in Madrid is recognised as a centre of excellence performing forensic work on operational systems giving our customers solutions to improve plant performance. In 2013, after extensive laboratory and field testing, we successfully launched GENAIRCLEAN™ an innovative method which uses dual generation micro-bubble technology to improve RO membrane cleaning efficiency. This new system helps reduce cleaning frequency, minimises chemical use and requires no additional energy. We have used our in depth knowledge of membrane fouling to design a cleaning system which incorporates specifically designed individual technologies to target key characteristics of typical foulants. When combined together into the Genesol range we can provide the most efficient means of operating a clean system.
