Genii Home Care and Lifestyle Services provide support to individuals who wish to remain living independently in their own homes, providing a 'tailored' programme which meets their needs, to enable them to life positively inside and outside the home, in every environment in which they and their families exist.We are regulated and approved by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide a high quality service.We provide a highly interactive 24/7 support service, which is monitored closely to ensure that clients have choice and flexibility to live their lives to the full, in a safe, supported and reliable way.Our staff are kind, compassionate, actively listen, enact integrity, honesty and trust. We invest in them in providing regular training in order that they deliver the highest standards of care.Our Global Quality Management System (QCS) ensures that all of our processes, practises, procedures and quality standards are updated dynamically and staff are supported with this 'tool' to undertake and continuously improve our services.Our legal team update legislation on to QCS on a daily basis as it is updated by the Government and approved.Our qualified Lifestyle & Care Assistants undertake all services required by individuals in their homes on a daily basis, such as Domiciliary Care (Cleaning, food preparation, personal hygiene, medication assistance & social interaction) and our Client Relationship Assistants arrange lifestyle services according to individual needs and wants too, whether it is weekly grocery shopping, gardening, hairdressing, a visit to the cinema or bowls club, dry cleaning, IT or administrative support, claiming disability or other benefits, a holiday arranging, moving house, the list is endless. We work with businesses to support their staff with any personal or family needs they have to help them live their lives. We don't charge businesses for our service, we contract directly with staff.
