Founded in 1996, Gentec EPC is one of Africa's leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors – best known for concept-to-commissioning turnkey energy solutions. Gentec has long been promoting natural gas as a preferable substitute to conventional liquid fuels such as diesel and HFO throughout the developing world; being cleaner and cheaper than diesel, natural gas offers both financial incentives and environmental benefits. Natural gas emits just 10% of the nitrogen and sulphar emissions of diesel.
