Gentrē Engineering Research and Technologies Labs, LLC, was acquired October 2016, by Mentesol Engineering Labs, LLC and is divided into two entities - Engineering Research Division and Technologies Division.The Engineering Research sector provides a wide-range of engineering services to small through large scaled corporations, and to privately-held companies and entrepreneurs. We provide expertise in areas involving:New product design and managing all NPI activities associated with new product development, from conception to manufacturing site introduction. A large portion of our activities involve the assessment of existing manufacturing and test processes and making formal detailed recommendations for improvements. Our manufacturing and test process solutions are very well thought-out and very robust, improving product quality, provide higher throughput and first pass yield, and significant reductions to field failures. We are very experienced and very innovative. We think out of the box, providing much better solutions and often at immediate cost savings.We work directly with company engineering staff, engaging early to ensure DFT/DFM requirements are met, and perform realistic market volume analysis to generate infrastructure requirements for manufacturing build and test hardware. We develop very custom software test executives, usually incorporating data tools that provide reports and data formats that can be easily extracted to provide valuable failure analysis data and CPI support activities. All custom test executives are designed to be easily and quickly adaptable to various OS environments, whether Windows, UNIX or Linux and can be easily migrated to different platforms.Our software team is often utilized to develop special applications for customers.Technologies Division is responsible for manufacturing and marketing products developed solely by Gentrē.
