Joe's early background in the field includes graduating with Honors from the Culinary Institute of America, cooking at Cafe Annie in Houston, Texas and also at The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas Texas.In 1994, Joe and Leslie started Abuso Catering Co. from the ground up. It is an off-premise catering company with a focus on excellent service and exquisite food. Joe sold the business in 2007 and it continues to be a thriving company amid copious competition.Leslie, a 30 year veteran in Information Technology, works with clients on organizational efficiency, work flow management and data management.
