Genuine Tea was founded in 2015 by Tea Sommeliers David O'Connor and Sarah Wilcox. David and Sarah spent four years in Taiwan studying Chinese and discovering the fascinating world of tea. In 2014, they graduated with their MBAs and decided to pack their bags and travel across the tea plantations of Asia. Their journey introduced them to a variety of tea farming methods, rituals and processes. Now, David and Sarah are lifelong students to the art of tea and have one goal in mind - to promote premium teas in Toronto, Canada.
