Geo Site Surveys Ltd was established in May 2006. We offer solutions with our specialist and traditional range of drilling rigs.We are based in the North West, Yorkshire and South Wales and cover the whole of the UK. In October 2015, GSS purchased new warehouse premises. We specialise in servicing a range of clients, including Geotechnical & Environmental Consultants, House builders, Petroleum companies, Local Authorities, Brownfield developers, Supermarkets and Blue Chip companies. Given our range of unique rigs, we are specialists in being able to fulfil requirements in difficult or bad access sites.We are committed to health & safety and ongoing training. We hold Safecontractor Accreditation and Reset membership. All our drillers are employed and hold NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling, CSCS, CAT scan, EUSR, SPA and First Aid at Work.Our sampling and drilling equipment now consists of:Window Sampling Rigs: • 5 x tracked • 1 x electric (for working inside buildings)• 1 x all-terrain (for larger sites and soft ground river estuary work)Cable Rigs:• 2 x traditional• 1 x low headroom tracked (for areas where traditional rigs can't fit)Rotary Rig:• 1 x rotary (coring into rock)Coring Rigs:• 3 x Hilti diamond (coring out hard surfaces before drilling)Please visit our website, www.geositesurveys.co.uk for further information or telephone 0161 282 8583 to discuss your drilling requirements.
