GMS provide carefully chosen staff to work as members of integrated teams on client sites. This has been a consistent and successful approach over the long term.We have a slightly different working mode to other consultancies engaged in this field. Almost without exception, we employ our staff rather than use subcontractors.We hand pick our staff carefully and we occasionally also take relatively inexperienced staff and help them develop either in combination with clients or by ourselves.The company also has significant expertise in recruiting staff. This applies to geoscientists and also to other subsurface disciplines. We are able to supply dedicated geomodelling services and also more generally skilled geologists, geologists with particular skills (IT, geostatistics for example), and other related subsurface disciplines.
