GRM in association with John Malakou has also performed countless professional property valuations countrywide, including some of SA's largest property funds' portfolios. John is an accredited Appraiser for the High Court.Currently, GRM and it's subsidiary Otium Properties focus on property (including hospitality property) within in Cape Town. John and his son Paul continue to administer a property portfolio in Johannesburg as well as continue to offer professional valuation services. Bianca, John's daughter, brings her marketing expertise and background to the estate agency and guest houses, making her a formidable agent. Bi is also the head of hospitality property and oversees a portfolio of guest houses.Paul and John act as EAAB registered principal agents. Both are registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SAVPVP).
