My name is Gethin Jones and I am the founder of Gethin Jones "Unlocking Potential". My business is people and getting the best out of everyone is my number one objective. I have the ability to engage all staff members from the shop floor to the CEO and here is the reason why... Within my life, I have had to overcome great personal obstacles. These obstacles dictated a future that said I would never achieve or amount to anything. I was a lost cause and by the age of 34 I had lost all belief in myself and I mistrusted both the world around me and the people in it, I truly believed that my life was over. My story is a story most people know as it resembles the transformation that happened to Scrooge in Charles Dickens "The Christmas Carol". Using my own experience, I have brought this age-old story of transformation into the 21st Century, and I deliver this through Inspirational Speaking, workshops and 121 coaching. "By helping others, we also help ourselves" ‘Gethin delivered Leadership sessions to the Learning Links management team. This was commissioned due to a restructure in the organisation. Gethin has a style of delivery which seems to suit every learner. He makes you feel like you are having an informal chat with a friend but he manages to inspire you, impart information in a way that makes it easy for you to absorb and gives you the desire to learn more. Everything he delivers seems to tie perfectly into your particular role but also manages to do the same for everyone else no matter how different everyones role is.
