The recruitment process is a sequence of open loops where both sides do not learn from the failures. We start by fixing the feedback to candidates about the contents of their CVs and then progress to improving job descriptions. Through a process of coaching we should be able to end up with richer CVs and job descriptions that truly reflect the requirements.
