Geyik Coffee Roastery & Cocktail Bar was established in 2014, in Cihangir, Istanbul to form a community with resembling tastes. As Cihangir's neighborhood coffee house and cocktail bar we take pride in bridging the old ways and the new, just like our beloved neighborhood. Our primary motivation is to spread the cocktail culture by perfecting the classics, but also challenging the status quo with our signature cocktails. We believe that a good conversation is the main idea a bar is built around. By bringing together two major cultures; coffee and spirits, we aim to generate a community with an unlimited potential for quality conversation.
