Die GFD - Gesellschaft für Dichtungstechnik, im Privat-/Familienbesitz mit ca. 50 Mitarbeiter, ist seit Jahren erfolgreich im Sonderdichtungsbereich tätig. In engster Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden entwickelt das Brackenheimer Unternehmen Dichtungen für verschiedenste Anwendungen in den Branchen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Öl- und Gasindustrie, Chemie- und Prozesstechnik, Medizin- Lebensmitteltechnik und Pharma, sowie Laser- und Sensortechnik und Luft- und Raumfahrt. Das Produktporfolio umfasst Federelastische Kunststoffdichtungen, Elastische Metalldichtungen, Wellendichtungen und Konstruktionsteile aus Kunststoff und/oder Metall. Zertifizierungen und weitere Anforderungen werden erfüllt wie z. B. ISO 9001:2015, TA Luft, NORSOK geprüfte Materialien, BAM geprüfte Materialien, Fertigungsunabhängige Qualitätskontrolle, hausinterne Druck- und Rissprüfungen, hausinterne Kraftkennwertermittlung, Dichtheitsprüfung an Federelastischen Kunststoffdichtungen u.v.m.GFD is a privately/family owned company with approx. 35 employees and has been successfully active in the special sealing sector for many years. In close cooperation with customers, GFD develops seals for a wide range of applications in the Machine and Plant Construction, Oil and Gas, Chemical and Process Technology, Medical- and Food Technology as well as Pharmaceutical industry, Laser and Sensor Technology and Aviation and Aerospace. The product portfolio includes spring-energized lip seals, resilient metal seals, shaft seals and construction parts made of plastic and/or metal. Certifications and other requirements are fulfilled, e.g. ISO 9001:2015, Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control, NORSOK approved materials, BAM tested materials, in-house pressure and crack tests, Quality Control independent of production, in-house determination of force characteristics, leak test on spring-energized lip seals and much more.
