We work as high level legal external advisors to companies seeking to expand; advising on negotiation of technology transactions, cross border contracts, the implementation and audit of compliance programs (AML, FCPA, Anti-bribery, anti-trust), negotiation of strategic partnerships, and negotiation with potential investors.
