We are an Information Technology company dedicated to resolving your everyday technical issues. Every day there are new advancements in technology, however; updates, repairs, and technical assistance can be hard to come by when you really need IT. We create personal relationships with our clients and maintain detailed records of our clients previous technical setup's and/or issues to reduce user involvement. Clients can contact support if they have new devices that they would like to have setup, such as smart phones or tablets, transfer settings or sync with computer, or even get a new wireless printer connected. Clients find that sometimes they do need some assistance setting up new email accounts and backing up data and don't have the time to go through every prompt and automated message of their vendors to get some assistance. Clients are fond of the fact that they can send in a detailed description of their problem and a support agent will contact them within 10 minutes to provide support.
