I'm an Educator, Keynote/Motivational Speaker and Coach for young women, teen and pre-teen girls. I am incredibly passionate about transforming the lives of young people. One reason for this is because I myself had to work through immense adversity, especially throughout my childhood (you can read about my journey via my website's 'About' page). My mission is to empower youth so they feel more supported, motivated and equipped with the tools they need to wholeheartedly believe in their own unique potential and therefore pursue their goals with passion, purpose and conviction. Coaching: I offer two life-changing virtual coaching programs and both aim to support my clients as they work towards achieving their goals. My programs run for six weeks each and they help the client to identify and overcome any limiting beliefs that might be holding them back. I work one-on-one with clients as well as in group settings. My one-on-one program is simply called '1:1 Coaching' and my group coaching program is called 'Coaching Club'.Workshops: I run four unique workshops with all being delivered face-to-face at various locations in both Melbourne (where I'm based) and across Australia. I am often commissioned to run my workshops in schools, as well as at events and within organisations. I also host my workshops on selected dates within the calendar year and these workshops are open to public so young women and girls can attend. I always receive such wonderful feedback from attendees who attend my workshops, with many finding them to be not only empowering, but life-changing too.Speaking: I am often asked to speak at events, schools and organisations across Australia. In most cases I'm either asked to give a keynote on a particular topic or share my own inspirational story, containing loads of trials and triumphs.
