Named after the small apes that thrive on fruits and are especially fond of figs, Gibbons is a social enterprise and food business that aims to tackle the UK's rising levels of homelessness and food wastage through direct employment and better redistribution systems. Order online any day of the week after 20th February, or pop by the Edinburgh Student Arts Festival at Summerhall on 14th February from 11:00 onwards to pick up some products in person.
