On January 2012 GICOTECNICA S.r.l. has been acquired by HIDADA, which is part of Saudi Group XENEL ( www.xenel.com).HIDADA is a large Company that extend its business in many different fields, encompassing the prefabrication of steel structures, construction of pressure vessels and erection of industrial plants.This new status will enable a greater presence of GICOTECNICA S.r.l. on projects in Saudi Arabia in the Gulf and in the Middle East, participating in activities in synergy with other Companies of XENEL Group.Within XENEL Group are also SAUDI Cables, the largest cables manufacturer in Saudi Arabia and NATPET (Polyprophylene producer).
