GII Islamic REIT (CEIC) Ltd, a closed ended investment company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC"). The REIT is currently registered as a Qualified Investor Fund pursuant to the laws and regulations of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (the "DFSA"). The REIT is categorized by the DFSA as a Domestic Fund, an Islamic Fund and a Property Fund.Investment Strategy- Core strategy is to invest in high-yielding income generating real estate assets in UAE with up to 40% allocation in US, UK and Germany- Investment across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Defensive, Industrial and other asset classes- Up to 30% allocation for Development Assets to generate above average yield- Fund will aim to get leverage of up to 50% of Asset value (on portfolio basis) in order to increase the overall yield- Some allocation to opportunistic investment in assets with higher capital growthFund ManagerGulf Islamic Investments (DIFC) Limited (the "Fund Manager") will act as the Fund Manager of the REIT. The Fund Manager is a company limited by shares incorporated in the DIFC and licensed by the DFSA under license 2573 to provide certain financial services including managing a collective investment fund.
