Located in Azerbaijan, the Gilan Tannery was established in 2005 and focuses on premium leather production. Developed in conjunction with the Regions' Social-Economic Development Programme, the tannery complex covers 46,700m² and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology from Italy, sourced from renowned leather processing machinery specialists including CM Tannery Machines, manufacturer of fleshing and sammying machines; Aletti, producer of fleshing, sammying and buffing machines; Poletto, specialist in wet-end tanning and leather finishing; Flamar Tomboni, producer of shaving, buffing, sammying and fleshing machines; Alpek, the chemicals producer; and Hüni, supplier of tannery drums and process control equipment.All products produced by Gilan Tannery comply with international standards.
