Gilbert Education Foundation Details
The Gilbert Education Foundation was founded in 2001 we are 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that raises funds for programs that enhance the education of Gilbert Public Schools. Our mission is aligned with the needs of the district but we are a separate entity with our own board of directors and staff and comply with the IRS rules and regulations to retain our tax exempt status as a 501 (c)(3) organization. Our board is made up of business leaders with large corporations such as Orbital, Dignity Health and other midsize local firms such as architecture, construction companies, etc. Over the last 15 years we have raised and contributed nearly $750,000.00 to students, staff and programs in Gilbert Public Schools (GPS). We do this through the following programs:
