OUR HISTORYWe made our first injection molding press more than fifty years ago using discarded metal scraps.Our values and our creativity are still the same, as we strive every day to produce high quality products and meet new challenges.The best technologies on the market, developed by three generations of the Giovanardi family, all full of passion and experience, made the ‘Giovanardi Giancarlo S.r.l.' into a leader in plastic and rubber injection production (single and double material injection). OUR COMPANYFrom the first blueprint to the 3D render, from molds to prototypes, to final production: We take care of all the steps of the process, with special focus on the quality check on each single piece and on new materials and new production techniques. Our roots are well founded in the field of eyewear components: temples, temple tips, nose pads, pad plates, frames, washers, bushing, sockets, plastic and rubber decorations with all kinds of inserts, from metals to stones.Our workshop designs and engineers all the metal tools that we need for our production lines, with a constant focus on process innovation.We have adapted our expertize to every challenge we have met, as reflected by the vast array of products we have supplied over the years. In 2012, we launched the Mojito Design re-usable PP cups (www.mojito-design.it).All our products are Made in Italy, a guarantee of high quality standards.THE PROJECTOver the years, we have provided the world's leading eyewear companies with fine accessories (both semi-finished and finished).
