Girls' C.E.O. Connection™ is a for-profit social enterprise dedicated to motivating, engaging and promoting Generation Z high school girls as entrepreneurs. By utilizing online forums, interactive blog, social media and our signature Realizing a Vision conference, we are creating a global community of high school girls as young entrepreneurs.Girls' C.E.O. Connection™ goes beyond the typical business curriculum available to high school students. Filling the gaps left by those who focus only on standard courses, if rounds out the education of young women by mentoring them in leadership, business and individual branding, and communication to name a few traits. Girls learn more than how to launch and build innovative initiatives; they learn how to use their own individuality to build unique and fulfilling lives. Mindful of the special issues common to girls during their teen years,we encourage and inspire the development of knowledge, skills, traits, and ways of thinking that lay the foundation for success. We provide avenues for interaction with accomplished female entrepreneurs, leaders, and potential mentors who represent the global community, and who mentor and motivate. We offer access to young women who have already started thriving ventures who share their experiences, answer questions, and spark new ideas in peer-to-peer conversations. Generation Z high school girls are shown how to expand their potential by focusing on their passions, visions, and the traits and skills proven essential for women entrepreneurs.
