A charitable organization that helps girls recognize their leadership potential at an early age by providing them with leadership services, opportunities and experiences. We use teamwork to promote manners, self-esteem, social skills communication skills, and fun!The organization advances an evidenced informed leadership education program designed to help girls between the ages of 8-12 increase resilience, self-esteem and leadership skills. Service components include wellness tools to combat negative emotions and experiences. Our hope is that what we do helps girls become leaders in schools, churches and in their community. The work we do not only helps girls become leaders, but it helps them speak out against negativity like rumors and bullying. We want girls to have a positive voice in the world, make positive change and have a sense of emotional wellness.
