GIST Global Pvt Ltd is managed by Siddharth Kapur M.I.M.I (UK), AAP, ATP IMI (UK), M.M.I.A.M.E (Australia), who has been in the Automotive Repair and Servicing field for more than 25 years. Siddharth, migrated to Australia in 2004 as a permanent resident and had been working in the Australian Vocation Education and Training arena from 2006 until end of 2017. During his tenure he has worked with various Training Organizations (Including Federal Government funded entity), State Government TAFEs and mining companies across Western Australia. He has been training students from diverse backgrounds (Apprentices to Higher Management). As a Senior Lecturer he has also trained the trainers who were working in diverse trade areas for multi-billion-dollar, multi-national companies. He has worked as the Superintendent Maintenance Training (Head of Technical Training) for Ausdrill Ltd an ASX200 listed billion-dollar mining company, where he had created and managed a team of highly skilled trade trainers.
