The mission of giveNkind is to create a community of giving by facilitating the donation of goods from individuals and businesses to the charities that need them. The giveNkind website will be a one-of-a-kind hub that will help charitable organizations bridge the gap between what they have and what they need to thrive. giveNkind is in the process of creating this unique web site and will be the first organization to combine all of these features: - No membership fees. Full site access to all users FREE!- Fully searchable database of non-profit "wish lists" of items- Nationwide coverage- Completely funded by donations. No administration costs. GiveNkind Awards- JP Morgan Chase Technology for Social Good Service Grant- Illinois Business Consulting MBA Alumni Service Grant- Chicago Hackathon Winners- iHeart Media Partner- Buffalo Grove Rotary Grant Founded in 2012, our volunteer board of directors has worked with Illinois Business Consulting to develop a sustainable business plan and site functionality that will make this web hub and business model a powerful and impactful tool for nonprofits across the country. giveNkind is currently seeking donations and volunteers in the web design, marketing, and social media sector to help us reach our next goal of getting our site up and running.
