Door widths allow for easy access of 8'x4' steel deck and standard range of flightcases.Located in the heart of Southwark, the studios are within walking distance of Borough, Southwark and Lambeth North tubes stations as well as London Waterloo mainline station.Journey to TodayThe site was originally home to four 20th Century workshop buildings, the exteriors of which have been retained for the new development. After housing various studios and workshops in recent years, redevelopment of the site commenced in 2013.A Work of ArtWorking closely with the architects, we divided up the footprint into 4 good sized studios, 3 production offices and a welcoming reception area with green room. All studios feature wooden floors, mirrors, black out curtains, air-conditioning, three phase power, bluetooth controlled sound systems and secure WiFi access to all spaces.
