Production The production of Glasstic glass is based on the latest technology of extruding technical granules to obtain the best product with precise technical specifications. Technical characteristics Transparency 97%, resistance up to 140C (without deformity), suitable for food industry, UV protected. The production process begins by selecting the highest quality material, then drying it in special ovens where it is prepared for extrusion, tempering tools to a certain temperature then finally setting the process by the exact granules manufacturer's instruction. After the casting process each Glasstic glass is carefully removed from the tools, and put on a special conveyor belt to avoid damage as material is soft and prone to deformity. Finally, we pack Glasstic glasses in different transport boxes, depending on the amount and purpose.
