Collectively, we have a duty to our society. We are privileged in more ways than one and thus, our social responsibility to leverage this privilege to help the needy and disadvantaged. In pursuit of this moral responsibility, a group of six individuals pooled the resources available to us to form The GleeChild Initiative – to support orphanages who have had their donations negatively impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. As students, we have faced many struggles as we climbed the academic ladder. The least we can do with the modicum of power we have is to make that journey a tad easier for the children after us.
