I am an Education Consultant and International Baccalaureate (IB) Implementation Specialist, passionate about ensuring students can access a better world through highly engaging and innovative education. As a future-focused dedicated leader that brings an inquiry mindset to organisations, I help schools operate at their best. I help them define their future state, analyse this against the current reality, and then create an implementation roadmap. With the ability to empower professionals to break out of the traditional education model, I partner with leadership teams to provide bespoke workshops, strategic development, and coaching. Working with teachers to support schools in implementing these priorities, I facilitate professional learning, support collaborative planning, undertake classroom modelling, observations and feedback. Through these opportunities, I provide teachers with conditions to step outside their comfort zone and create real innovation.With a Masters of Instructional Leadership and 18+ years of teaching and leadership experience, I have worked across Government and Independent K-12 schools in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.Additionally, I have over ten years of experience working with over 50 organisations within the APAC region as an IB Consultant, supporting schools with programme implementation. I have also been an integral member of a specialist team, designing and implementing global innovation projects for the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
