It pro-actively seeks distressed investment opportunities in prime urban real estate in key developed markets. The firm utilizes cost-efficient, secured leverage. Prime real estate is historically among the most stable and best performing asset classes over a 5-10 year period. The remainder of GA's equity capital is invested in investment grade corporate debt, to create diversification, maintain liquidity and reduce funding costs. Issuer selection (for traded securities) is predicated on deep value quantitative and qualitative research, together with macro/ micro trend analysis.
