Korea Enterprise Challenge (KEC) The official national preliminary for the Global Enterprise Challenge (GEC).During the summer of 2008, nine enterprising Korean students gathered to participate in the Global Enterprise Challenge (GEC) - the first time that Korea ever participated. Despite the lack of support, Team Korea successfully achieved the Creativity Award.Recognizing that developing a national preliminary was the priority to ensure Korea's success in the ensuing years, Team Korea executed the first annual KEC in 2009. This Year, we gathered again and dedicated months to organize KEC with our new like-minded Junior Executive Officers. Additionally, we expanded our program by including informative sessions and Jr. KEC, the first business competition for middle school students in nation. We believe that KEC will give a rewarding opportunity to nurture young entrepreneurial talent and to serve as the convergence point for entrepreneurs across the greater Korean community.KEC is an excellent opportunity for young entrepreneurs to apply creative abilities to build the businesses of tomorrow and develop leadership, communication, and team skills.
