Alina prefers her coffee black, while Jorge takes it with a bit—or bottle—of honey. We actually met at Global Grounds (before it was Global Grounds) back in 2014 while Alina was working as a barista and Jorge worked down the street. Much has changed in the past seven years, but this place continues to hold great meaning for both of us, and we strive to further create a space where everyone feels welcome.
