Global Partnership Summit Details
The Global Partnership Summit is an annual event, scheduled to launch in October 2011, that will bring representatives of four distinct groups together with the goal of creating partnership initiatives that will tackle seven key worldwide areas of concern: Education, environment, poverty, health, peace/social justice, housing and hunger. The four groups include: Nonprofit organizations, philanthropic corporations, foundations and social entrepreneurs. The best new partnerships that emerge from the Summit will be provided with seed funding to initiate their solution. The Global Partnership Awards Gala will annually celebrate the partnerships of greatest impact to showcase them for replication around the globe.
