Working under the banner and patronage of the World Economic Forum, the Global Shapers Community is a network of young people driving dialogue, action and change. The Thane Hub comprises a diverse group of energetic, professional and exceptional young talent in and around Thane district who are passionate about positively impacting the local community within the Thane district through various projects. Often a neglected city because of big brother, Mumbai City, being in its neighbourhood, it has been gaining increased attention and traction over the last few years due to more space, cheaper cost of living and proximity to Mumbai itself.
