Global SportsMall Realty ("GSMR") offers a new concept in indoor athletic training and development venues, pioneered by the company. Focusing on established "best-in-class" individual sport training venues, GSMR brings together cutting-edge specialized sports training private companies and organizations in a single project, a retail "SportsMall", and combines them with supporting and mutually enhancing common functions and services.The first SportsMall, Shadelands SportsMall in Walnut Creek, CA, is a 220,000 square foot project anchored by affiliate COPA Soccer Training Center, a new soccer training center concept by COPA Innovation Laboratories which brings together a cluster of advanced European training tools and processes that is the first of its kind in North America and will be one of the key anchor tenants in each GSMR project. COPA Innovation Laboratories ("CIL"), an affiliate of GSMR, is an emerging diversified sports and technology business with multiple business lines which synergistically reinforce each other. Through its proprietary technology, and business methodology, CIL has distilled a series of soccer training oriented business models, for both corporate development, as well as for franchising to third parties in the future. The flagship training business model is COPA Soccer Training Center. GSMR is seeking opportunities in key urban markets to develop SportsMall projects ranging from 200,000 – 300,000 sq.ft. Land: 15 – 20 acres for development of a ground up SportsMall's. Building: 200,000 – 300,000 square foot vacant retail or industrial property with strong identity. Preference for mall locations.
