GT, LLC provides consulting for Technical support, Staff Augmentation, Video streaming, Security/Surveillance, Phone systems, Structure Cabling and Audio/Video distribution to large and small businesses and government agencies.As consultants, we use Project Management, CMM-I, Quality Management, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize client processes as a productive vehicle to identify all requirements, which are then consolidated into a formal requirement document. These documents, developed in collaboration with client representatives, ultimately serve as the blueprint as we develop hardware, software and networking solutions. Improving the operations, processes, and bottom line are the goals of GT, LLC.Our staffing solutions integrate people, processes and technology, to deliver human-capital management which will assist companies in strategically managing their workforce at optimum efficiency, by satisfying temporary staffing needs (both long and short term) in an IT and/or management environment.
