In everyday fast-paced working life, Global Mobility-professionals have to deal with rapidly changing organisations and increasing complex questions. It often is challenging to answer these questions, offering an effective balance between business processes, -risks and opportunities outside of the HR function and the Human Factor. As the Global Moblity function is usually loaded with questions and operational challenges, there is a real risk of having responsive and inward-looking policies, rather than being a strategic partner and adding value to the business. Human Factor Group analyses the Global Mobility function from a broader perspective. We find the issues, link them to the business objectives and train the GM function to act systematically and independently. Safeguarding the balance between both business and the human factor, as well as keeping an eye on the operational execution of policies and processes are key to our method.Practicing our method, the Global Mobility Function will become independent and self-sufficient, contributing to improved business results.
