We are into this customer service relation for more than 5 decades now. We started our venture in the name of Globe Electric Co., through which we undertook domestic and commercial electrifications. We were in the core team of lighting the street lights in Ranchi i.e. we transformed streets incandescent bulbs to tube lights. As a Company our aim was always to introduce some new concepts in this field so we introduced Electrical Decoration in marriages. We were the beginners in providing DJ sets on rent. We still are a renowned Event lighting group in Ranchi. Nearly 2 decades later, Globe Enterprises was started to provide service in Industrial Maintenance. We supplied stabilizers, inverters, servo, UPS, transformers and emergency lights. ‘Providing service to our customers was always in our DNA.' In 2007, we extended our service in office automation's in the name of Globe Solutions. Though we were into this business previously but to provide focus services in office automation's we introduced this professional wing. Globe Solutions also considers service to be an essential part of the whole service. We have a knowledge base in the support area designed to enable a significant decrease in downtime, and a problem until it is solved. We here at Globe have a team of specialists who are able to interact with clients in a friendly and helpful manner at all levels of expertise. Our engineers are trained officially and certified by our partners to provide faster and better service to our customers all time.
