As an intensive care unit nurse, I saw first hand how difficult it was for nurses and doctors in a hospital or health care facility to inform a family member(s) of their loved one's passing. I think it is important to offer as much physical and emotional support to each patient and their families in these difficult situations. In the event of a loved one's passing, I created Glowing Memories to honor the human spirit.
