welcome Gluten Free Delices specialises in gluten free cakes baked in a traditional way. We create exceptionally scrumptious gluten and wheat free cakes using only the finest ingredients. Our cakes are hand crafted in small batches using fresh seasonal fruits when available, free range eggs and organic luxury gluten free chocolate . All our baked treats are hand baked with care without wheat or flour. We replace these ingredients with alternatives such as buckwheat , rice, cormeal , almond flours fresh fruits , cereals and nuts. We do not use any oats. As we do not want to compromise on the taste of our cakes, all our products avoid artificial colours , and preservatives are added only if really necessary. GFD cakes allow you to indulge in a more healthy way, enjoying the comfort of a home made cake with out all the stress of making it yourself.
