We're GM2B Soluções acting as certification Holder Company in Brazil for foreign manufacturer and/or companies. .Telecommunication agency in Brazil (ANATEL) requires that a local Brazilian company need to be the holder for homologation processes. According to Resolution 242 of Anatel, of November 30, 2000, § 2nd of Article 28:"Foreign legal entities interested in the approval of products must have a commercial representative, constituted in Brazil, able to undertake the responsibilities arising from the marketing of the product and user assistance in the country.This way, I would like to offer my services to help you to have the ANATEL certificate for your products.GM2B Soluções is properly regulated and able to offer local representative services for which approval may be required before Anatel.
