We engineer the following energy-saving improvements for property owners;- high efficiency lighting,- KVAR energy controllers,- solar powered attic and ceiling fans,- wind turbines,- photovoltaic arrays and- solar hot water.Our updates focus on maximizing energy efficiency of facilities and adding passive energy generation to the infrastructure. Our services include analyzing power factors and consumption, recommending energy-saving improvements, calculating energy savings, calculating payback time, supplying, installing and servicing equipment, as contracted with the property owner. Our improvements qualify for the Renewable Energy Tax Credit, a 30% federal tax deduction.
