Gointlinc is an american owned contact center in the Philippines. Its main facilities are located at the heart of the Baguio City. Our aim is to deliver high quality contact center solutions and business process support to clients in the North America, Europe, Australia and the Asia-Pacific. We bring together the best talents and most advanced technology to provide added value to our outsourced solutions in many service sectors, such as banking and finance, education and distance learning, health and medical services, travel and leisure, business-to-consumer and business-to-business services. Initially operating at a startup capacity of 100 seats, Gointlinc plans to expand its contact center presence in the Philippines with 2,000 seats over the next five years, through a build-out of its own facilities and acquisitions of established small- and medium-sized facilities.
