I am finally fulfilling my dream of starting my own start-up and I'm super proud to launch "go learner"! Although "go learner" is new and small, I have great hopes and ambitions to build a brand that is loyal, credible and trustworthy. I am very proud to be a teacher of English and to help people learn easier and thrive faster with the aim of reaching their goal. go learner offers both conversational and business English classes with a native teacher online – at the moment that's just me:-)My approach is real and effective. 1. Talking is key to learning a language therefore my method is simple – Talk! By focusing on communication, the student's fluency, vocabulary and grammar improves. 2. Given that English is the universal language, classes are taught in a meaningful and practical way so that it holds purpose in the everyday lives of the students.3. I use authentic learning material to deliver dynamic, motivational and fun learning experiences. 4. To maximise the student's fluency and confidence in speaking, class groups are kept small (4-6 people) and the same teacher (again that's just me at the moment!) will guide the class weekly. 5. Classes are CEFR aligned (offering B1, B2 and C1 levels) therefore students continuously progress forward. Since putting the idea into motion (late Dec)there hasn't been a dull moment between building a website, printing flyers, setting up profiles, preparing classes, getting the word out there and translating everything into Spanish! I'm having lots of fun, learning heaps and excited to see what heights go learner can reach. :-)Given this is a new adventure and I'm just starting out, any advice on business, marketing, watch outs is most welcome and would be greatly appreciated.
