In addition, the outcome will be a property with low maintenance and low tenant turnaround. This will maximize cash flow for the investors.We are concentrating our effort in a relatively small geographic area. This gives us a good logistic advantage. It is easier for us to supervise, maintain, and keep a constant watch on the properties we manage. We are also aware of all the real estate deals that are on the market.
