Up to 97% of the wash bay water can be recycled and water lost due to evaporation can be replaced by an optional Rain Water Harvesting System or with municipal water. No chemicals are added during the process and all suspended and dissolved contaminants are consumed by the beneficial aerobic bacteria resulting in water that is truly clean and not just mechanically filtered. There is no concentrated waste to sewer or landfill making our Go2Green BIOREM System truly environmentally friendly. Oil, diesel and unleaded fuel are some of the contaminants that can be successfully removed during the process. The system was originally designed for automotive wash bays making it a must have for fleet owners. It enables wash bays to be independent from municipal water supply and cuts the municipal water costs, for the wash bay, by up to 96% resulting in tremendous savings. Each system is custom designed for its application, is modular, can be installed in a new build facility or retrofitted, can be relocated if required and is simple to operate.
