Grupo Once Alianza (GOA) is a retail-oriented, data-driven commercial real estate developer that began in 2013 and rebranded. The Company offers a turn-key solution for both investors looking to obtain an income-generating real estate portfolio and retailers looking to expand into new markets in Mexico.GOA creates proprietary retail maps of Mexican cities (commercial landscape divided by sectors) to understand a city's commercial offering, where commercial clusters exist, mayor players, and how products are offered currently being sold. After interpreting these maps and understanding what clients' needs are, GOA suggests areas and locations to open new stores and/or developments.GOA utilizes this information to find the ideal plot of land to buy and lease. If construction is needed, GOA can also design the project, obtain permits, and supervise construction. After completion, the Company can sell leased projects as a financial investment.GOA's philosophy has led the purchase over 4.4 acres (1.8Ha) of commercial property, leasing >100,000 sqft (9,500 m2) of land and construction generating over US$40,000 (MXN$800,000) of monthly rent payments. The Company have developed property in Nuevo León, Querétaro, Baja California, and the State of Mexico.
