GODOIT represents a pool of managers and entrepreneurs who share a long-lasting passion for cycling. Our goal is bringing this noble sport in companies team building:- To make team building a more effective tool thanks to strong teamwork and strategic features of cycling. Cycling is also a much strategic sport:- Cyclers make inspections to study the itinerary (the market) and take a decision to attack (launch of a new product);- Analyse and exploit the weak points of the other cyclers (competitors);- Define who will launch the final attack and who will support it (steps of acommercial and marketing strategy, from the influencer to the decision-makers).
