As an architect led design build firm, we take the responsibility in house for the design, construction, and commissioning of buildings. Traditionally, architects are hired to design the building and contractors are hired to manage subcontractors to execute the design. With this many moving parts, it is easy to see where miscommunications lead to inconsistent quality and increased building costs.The Architect + Build process is agile; the team of architects who design the building are responsible for building the project, greatly diminishing the miscommunications. Our architects, who are also construction managers, have the ability to provide feedback in construction methodology to aid in a seamless transition from blueprint to reality. With one team driving the project, creativity in design truly comes to fruition.
